The Haus Boss got me a cycle computer for XMAS, and I have some power pedels en route to me.
(Yeah, yeah, yeah… I know… I like measurements.)
Mostly it the heart rate monitor and the computer is to make sure I make it to the end of the session, and not overdo it.

I look like I have been to the buffet a few times too many.
But headed to a work mates place to help her with the thanksgiving dinner prep, so I might start tomorrow… 😉
