ctsooner
https://www.theabsolutesound.com/articles/vandersteen-audio-treo-ct-loudspeaker/ I wasn't surprised by this one. The Treo CT really is a bargain, but the Quatro CT to me, is still the sweet spot in the line. Many can and will never be able to own the Quatro, but the Treo CT is a potential for so many more. The 2's are still my best buy for under 10k. Congratulations Richard and thanks.
TomicTime
Easy to hear the 7 dna and basic design tenants in the Treo 🙂
GdnrBob
The Treo's are the largest Vandy speaker I can fit in my room. But, the fact I can add Sub 3's pushes them to Quatro levels. One of the best things our speakers do is allow us to upgrade via adding subs. I don't know of any other speaker company that does this. And, even if we move up the line, those subs will still be useful. Bob

Joe Whip
After all these years, I still love my 3A Signatures.
ctsooner
I went from Treo's to the Quatro CT's and am glad I did. That said, I could have EASILY lived with the Treo's and just paired them with Richard's amps and soon the preamp and been VERY happy. I fully get the 3's following, but for me, I'd rather than the refinement from the Treo's. I had them running off the Ayre AX5/20's and the bass was plenty in my large and open room. I play a lot of stuff that goes into the 30's and the articulation is spectacular. That said, the 3's are a fun speaker. They do so much well and can easily fill large rooms with bass. There must be a reason they are still sold.
