That's really cool.  I love that idea that Sota has.  Jim, if you ever make it to CT, I'll take you out to New Haven for 'real' pizza, lol. (kidding, but the pizza there is my favorite in the country and I've lived all over).  Thanks for sharing the links.  Very good reads.  A bit dry for me, but I got through hte best I could and think I'm a bit smarter because of it.  Thanks.
