Drew769
Learned of this one on the excellent podcast by Steven Wilson and Tim Bowness called The Album Years. Each episode focuses on a different year. Kings of Convenience are a folk-indie duo that are reminiscent of Simon & Garfunkel in some ways with their guitars are harmonies. This album is their remix album of their debut album, containing slightly reworked versions that are more electronic. It is like S&G meets Talk Talk and Everything But The Girl, if that makes sense. If you have streaming, check it out. Super airy and spacious, with lots going on deep in the mixes. Check out track 2... Steve Edwards
Will check that out Drew. I'm a fan of Everything But The Girl; was lucky enough to find a vinyl copy of their Idlewild album at a little shop in Dingle, Ireland in 2015. Don't see much of their material on vinyl over here.
