@bkeske the UHQR release of Kind of Blue is supposed to be quite spectacular, it is 33 1/3 not 45 RPM. It can be bought now & will most likely disappear quickly.

Thanks @Huang. Yes I know, it looks like a great set. Watched Mikey Fremer on YouTube reviewing the project with all those involved. I’m sure it’s a good one.

My very distant memory of 45rpm records found them to be distinctly better sounding than 33.3 records.- Though I was only a child, my hearing was much better then...

Holy cow!

I was streaming music and saw that I Favorited Ruby and The Romantics- Our Day Will Come. I remember that record because it had a really vivid label, as well as having really great sound.

And, a 45rpm record at that.

I won't claim it is a great piece of work, but it still makes me feel good after all those years.

Gettin' old, I suppose...👴

I've read in a couple blogs that there has been some quality control issues with later pressings.  Initial reviews were extremely favorable, but  ...............  has anyone else heard about that?
