ctsooner Posted November 29, 2021 Author Share Posted November 29, 2021 Guys I just reread this thread. My personal experience shows that HRS has been as good to my ears as any other device. My friend did a shootout and HRS never took second place. Cant really do that for racks. Ha. I also trust Richard as science and hearing win out. the M5 is as good or better choice as its designed for the Treo on up. Hard to do better for the money. I’ve auditioned it vs 30k plus amps ands it’s my choice and why I bought one. ive also heard the new speakers with Mac gear and it was highly musical. To me, you only get so much of a return with an amp, but the M5 upgrade for me was huge. So glad I did that. This is why cables and cords are last in the food chain.
