She's an astonishingly good performer and, to her credit, sounds a bit embarrassed by the lyrics to "Real Good For Free." They sound a bit smug in 1974, when she's a much bigger star than she was in 1970.

bkeske
Have quite a few Angel Record releases. They specialized in classical releases only. Many, if not most all, are really excellant , and I usually expect both very good recordings and pressings. Oregon
Not really a listen as much as a view; King Crimson has been my favorite "rock" band since I first heard a KC record in 1974. This new documentary doesn't hold back much. Cody

John Gallup
QRP's 45-rpm version is a real treat for an old Doors fan like myself. This was their best album, in my opinion, and certainly their best album cover.

Thanks for sharing, Cody Unfortunately, that was one I tired of halfway through and had to go to something else. Something I rarely do. Usually play any selection all the way through. Zigman : Started out nice, but turned into a Broadway musical in sound and composition, vs an opera. For me, could not take it anymore. But, everyone is different, so hopefully you enjoyed 👍🏼
Oregon
Hi Brian, I have to confess I only sampled Zigman, did notice the through the Wiki search he has worked in many genres. Cody
bkeske
It’s always worth a shot at trying something new Cody, which that was for me. The glory of streaming services. Win some, lose some. It’s still worth the quest! Brian
Oregon
Streaming, something else for this confirmed Ludidite to wrestle with...;^) Freshly returned from the record store with an eclectic mix. Playing in the Rotel/Denafrips digital rig are Miles Davis, ZZ Top (ugh-compressed), Led Zeppelin (somewhat compressed), Philip Glass, Beethoven. I think I might like Miles Davis very much.
SAGNI
I was a big Rush head during my suburban adolescence. Haven’t listened to this one in a while and for the most part it holds up. Wonderfully mastered by Bob Ludwig.
